Philip Brain Associates, formed in 1994 specialise in the development & assessment of individuals within the workplace. We offer our services nationally to our clients and have worked in a number of industries and sectors including Mineral Extraction & Processing, Manufacturing, Utilities and FE Colleges.
We specialise in the training & development of NVQ/QCF assessors and verifiers and are able to provide consultancy on running your own in-house NVQ system and can also deliver assessment & training for your business as an external supplier.
Based in Powys, Mid-Wales we are ideally placed to offer our services to both companies within Wales, and also nationally.
Weighbridge NVQs
This qualification is suitable for those who operate any type of weighbridge, including quarries, stock yards, warehouses, processing plant, waste recycling or disposal. As well as covering operational aspects this qualification also focuses on customer service and associated administrative tasks.
CIEH Level 2 Award in Environmental Principles & Best Practice
Through our associates we are able to offer this new QCF level 2 award. Many organisations have identified that tackling environmental issues can bring benefits to their business including reduced waste and utility costs, reduced liabilities and access to new markets and investors. This qualification has been designed for all members of staff whose activities could have a significant impact on the environment, or supervisors or managers who are being introduced to environmental issues for the first time.
